What will be your responsibilities 📓

Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a world-class engineering team.
Technical Decision-making: Play a critical role in choosing architecture and driving the development of scalable, robust systems.
Involved Project Management: Embrace a hands-on approach to project management by actively involving yourself in both the detailed execution and overarching strategy of our engineering team.

Experience in Scaling Tech Startups: A solid track record of leading and scaling engineering teams at startups.
Strong Leadership Abilities: Excellent communication skills and the capability to rally and lead a team towards achieving shared goals.
Robust Project Management Skills: Exceptional ability in both technical leadership and project management.
Adaptive and Strategic Thinking: Ability to adapt quickly to changes and make strategic decisions that align with our long-term goals.
Excellent technical acumen: You're excited to ship code as you ramp up to understand our technology stack and build empathy with our engineers.
