Pair is seeking an Associate Production Planner to manage our day to day Print Production Planning process. This person will analyze data and create models to forecast our expected printed top sales & production, whilst also creating daily production orders to ensure that customers receive their product on-time & as quickly as possible. This is a high visibility role in a critical area of our business; the ideal candidate for this role will come with strong analytical skills, a constant curiosity and a relentless drive to improve processes in a fast growing company.
What you’ll do:
- Develop & maintain a daily forecast model for our limited edition top frame model driven by our on-demand print production process
- Create daily print production POs according to daily demand and upcoming forecast
- Communicate with our print production team to prioritize and optimize our our printed tops purchase orders, ensuring our click to ship metrics for printed tops remains in line with company targets
- Manage the entire Limited Edition SKU lifecycle - from SKU creation to end of life (and everything in between!)
- Develop a monthly forecast for our printed tops business to be used for capacity planning at our production facility and as inputs to our demand / supply planning process
- Collaborate with demand & supply planners to mitigate raw material risk as it relates to our printed top business
- Work with our customer service team to help inform when they can expect product to reach customers on an order by order basis
- Build dashboards to track key performance indicators related to our print production business
- Identify potential areas for process improvement in the print production process, and execute on them
Who you are:
- You have 1-2 years of experience in Operations, Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, other relevant fields
- You have high proficiency in excel including data manipulation / organization and modeling
- You love working with large datasets and using them to understand trends, provide key insights, and make decisions
- You are highly collaborative and enjoy working cross-functionally (Ops, Production, Finance, Customer Service) to execute strategies
- You are always thinking of how to improve existing tools and processes
- You are a good listener and can think on your feet to provide solutions quickly and under pressure
- You are a self-starter and effective communicator, able to operate with minimal supervision
- You are a problem solver with the ability to think both strategically and execute tactically
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced & always-changing environment

Need to have:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Advanced excel skills, and proficiency across the broader Microsoft office suite
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively across multiple levels at all levels
- Very organized and detail-oriented you are able to easily navigate through complex data sets and do a thorough job proofing and stress testing your work independently
- High levels of curiosity and initiative you want to understand how things work and take action when something prevents them from working as they should
- Ability to juggle many different priorities in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment
Nice to have:
- Prior experience within fast-paced D2C brands
- Prior Production Planning experience and / or understanding of manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with Looker, or other BI / visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
At Pair, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. The pay range for this position is expected to be between $70,000- $80,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
