Methodology is a luxury sustainable food brand that provides nourishing, ready-to-eat, restaurant-quality food to thousands of busy professionals and families throughout California. We’re known for delivering the highest quality fully cooked meals packaged in reusable glass jars, which we recollect upon each delivery for recycling.

Speaking of our mission, we're on a mission to empower people to heal their bodies and minds using food as medicine. We take this so seriously that we’ve even trademarked “food as medicine” as our tagline and go to great lengths to make sure every meal we design is nutritionally balanced and leaves our guests feeling light, energetic, and satisfied.

Our vision is to reimagine the everyday at-home dining experience to one where every meal is an opportunity to not only nourish oneself but a memorable and joyful experience where food meets nutrition, anthropology, travel, and beyond.

We're looking for experienced culinary professionals with high attention to detail for menu design and kitchen execution who will take us into our next chapter. This is an exciting opportunity to join the culinary team of an emerging and well-respected brand with a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture.

You'll be entrusted to build upon a world-class team and lead with a strong kitchen presence. The ideal team is made up of a diversity of people and thought with the common denominator that they operate at a world-class level in each of their roles. If this sounds like a system you'd thrive in, let's chat.
