Limited English proficient patients face significant language and cultural barriers when accessing healthcare. LingoHealth is the first digital tool to support these patients and their more English-fluent family members who step in to help.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a highly motivated go-getter to work closely with our founders to successfully launch and pilot our digital health product with partners. As our first senior business hire, you will be a critical team leader, responsible for building strong relationships with strategic partners and payers in healthcare, including risk-bearing provider groups, health plans, and public sector agencies. You will play an integral role in building and advancing a partner success model as well as collaborating with our product team to execute on partner needs.
Responsibilities
Identify, acquire, and grow relationships with healthcare partners and other external parties
Develop our partnership strategy, including pipeline of potential partners, in concert with CEO
Collect feedback and collaborate with founders to develop specific short and long-term plans to meet the needs of the healthcare partners
Collaborate with product team to develop metrics and pilot studies for healthcare partners
Manage and scale a diverse and inclusive sales and partner success organization
Qualifications
Extensive knowledge of CMS regulatory requirements, vendor sales and reimbursement for Medicare Advantage or managed Medicaid programs
Experience in business development and partnerships, which may include public-private partnerships, government affairs, commercial development, community based organization partnerships, or digital health enterprise sales
Strong written communication and presentation skills
Passion for health equity and growing inclusive products
Nice to Have
Experience working to advance underrepresented patient populations
Deep expertise in financials and operations of health plans, provider organizations, or managed care organizations
Understanding of legal concepts and requirements needed to develop effective partnerships in healthcare
Early-stage digital health startup experience is a plus
