Qualifications ✏️

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer

• Proficiency in JavaScript, React, Node.js, and Next.js.

• Proven experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.

• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with a team and work independently.

1. Code Implementation: Develop and maintain code for both frontend and backend, ensuring at least a 95% success rate in meeting project deadlines and requirements.

2. Code Review & Optimization: Regularly contribute to code reviews, and continuously optimize code for efficiency and scalability.

3. Product Development: Showcase a deep understanding of product functionality and architecture, leading to the successful completion of assigned development tasks.

4. Customer-Oriented Development: Consistently integrate end-user needs into software development, resulting in high customer satisfaction and reduced customer-reported issues.

5. Continuous Learning & Improvement: Keep updated with the latest industry trends, apply new learning to improve work quality, and suggest improvements that can enhance the overall development process.
