Qualifications ✏️

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance for web applications.

• Proficiency in React, Node.js, and Next.js.

• Extensive experience with QA tools such as Postman, Charles, and Chrome DevTools.

• Proven ability to review and understand code.

• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

What Success Looks Like 📈

1. Defect Detection and Resolution: Successfully identify, report, and assist in resolving at least 95% of software defects before they reach the production environment.

2. Code Review Effectiveness: Contribute to code reviews, providing constructive feedback that results in improvement in code quality and efficiency.

3. Product Knowledge: Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of product functionality and architecture, evidenced by the ability to accurately answer inquiries related to these areas.

4. Customer-Centric Development: Demonstrate a customer-centric approach by advocating for end-user needs during software development lifecycle.

5. QA Process Improvement: Implement process improvements that enhance QA efficiency and effectiveness by at least 20% within the first year.
