As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and driven Head of Operations/Growth Lead to join our team and lead the charge in scaling our operations and fueling growth.

As the key driver behind Kraftful's growth, you will be responsible for designing and executing strategies that increase customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction while ensuring smooth internal operations.

You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the CEO to shape the company's strategic direction.


  • Develop, implement, and manage the company's growth strategy, identifying key opportunities for customer acquisition and expansion.
  • Lead efforts to identify, target, and acquire new customers through various channels, including content marketing, partnerships, and direct outreach.
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, user engagement, and product adoption, promoting long-term customer loyalty
  • Streamline internal processes, workflows, and tools to ensure the efficient functioning of the organization.
  • Oversee HR and finance functions to ensure compliance while working alongside our external partners.


  • BA/BS degree (or equivalent)
  • 6+ years of experience driving growth/operations at tech-focused company
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including writing, speaking, and listening
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Fearlessness in taking on new challenges with potentially unclear solutions
  • Commitment to delighting customers
  • Flexibility in a constantly changing environment
  • Curiosity to become an expert in the rapidly evolving world of LLMs

About Kraftful

At Kraftful, we're building the copilot for product managers and other product builders. Our mission is to help product folks leverage GPT-4 and ChatGPT API to listen to users at scale and actively involve them in the development process.

As one of the inaugural alpha users of GPT-3, we built first prototype of Kraftful copilot in early 2020. As LLMs advanced, we launched our first GPT-powered feature in 2021 and ultimately pivoted our company to a complete LLM solution for product builders in 2023, seeing incredible traction.
