We’re hiring for a Growth Marketing Manager to own and execute Healthie’s top of funnel growth machine.

Role Details: This is a full-time, IC position. You will report to Healthie’s Director of Marketing and work alongside our collaborative team.

Location: New York, NY (hybrid)

Responsibilities

Own and execute Healthie’s top of funnel growth machine for SMBs (from top of funnel through paid conversions), which includes:

  • Paid Media and Organic SEO: Execute omnichannel and retargeted paid media campaigns, SEO for our owned website & social media and project manage execution alongside our content writer, and top of funnel site visit growth.
  • Customer Journey: Optimize website visit to trial, then trial to paid customer conversions, using in-app messaging and other channels, customized at the individual customer type.
  • Content Marketing: Design, write, and implement email campaigns, newsletters, and webinars to drive growth.

Qualifications

  • A track record of success: You have 6+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, and have demonstrated growing revenue with a positive ROI for a PLG product.
  • Data-driven: You understand the relationship between the metrics that drive success & you obsess over how to leverage and improve the primary drivers of ROI.
  • You believe in constant iteration: You constantly find ways to improve campaigns, tweak assumptions, and bring ideas on how to do so.
  • Relentless focus on operational excellence: When you say, you do.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written & verbal.

  • Demonstrated ROI of Paid and Organic Media: increased trial sign ups and conversions within CAC parameters

Logistics

This is a hybrid position based within our NYC HQ

U.S. work authorization is required, Healthie does not provide sponsorship.

The base salary for this role is $115,000- $145,000 per year + annual company bonus + equity + benefits

Round 1: Preliminary Interview- 15 minutes (Director of Talent)

Round 2: Hiring Manager Interview- 30 minutes (Director of Marketing)

Round 3: Presentation Interview- 45 minutes (Various)

Round 4: Executive Interview- 30 minutes (COO and CEO joint)
