This role will report directly to our Co-founder and Co-CEO. This role is pivotal in driving FlowFi’s franchise and channel partnership sales activities across the U.S.

This role primarily encompasses selling FlowFi’s tech-enabled Accounting, CFO & Tax services to franchisors and franchisees (single and multi-unit), and secondarily supporting our channel partnerships strategy (business brokers, fin-tech companies, venture capital & PE firms, and more.)

You will contribute to our pipeline generation strategy and oversee the entire sales process from initial contact to contract finalization. This includes identifying and engaging prospective franchisors, franchisees, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, and ensuring adherence to sales protocols

This role significantly impacts overall company revenue, profitability, and plays a crucial role in the brand's continuous growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete sales process with direct accountability for achieving quarterly and annual quota targets.
  • Foster relationships with existing franchisors, franchisees and various other channel partners
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team and external agencies to implement effective lead generation strategies.Monitor performance and make necessary adjustments to plans.
  • Forecast and analyze sales budgets to identify franchise growth opportunities.
  • Report on Sales KPIs weekly to Management, and keep our CRM organized and up-to-date

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of a successful track record-selling services to Franchise customers, preferably in finance or accounting.
  • Direct experience prospecting and closing mid-market deals ($25-250K+ ACV)
  • Experience selling to senior and C-level executive, and navigating your way through larger organizations to reach decision makers
  • Ability and willingness to travel - attendance at trade shows and market visits with prospects may be required.
  • Demonstrated ability to speak confidently and authoritatively about the brand and business.
  • Proven capability to represent a brand with the highest levels of professionalism and integrity.
  • Seasoned professional with refined leadership, sales, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in all aspects of the franchise sales industry, including marketing and lead generation activities.
  • Experience maintaining and reporting key Sales Metrics to Leadership from the CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce)
  • Proficient in computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
