FlowFi's mission is to help founders operate at peak financial performance. We are hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager to help support our customers in being successful on FlowFi.

 

Responsibilities

  • Own overall relationship with assigned customers, from onboarding to QBRs to renewals and upsells
  • Ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned customers
  • Help match FlowFi Experts (service providers) with our customers, and troubleshoot areas when they arise
  • Prepare for QBRs and customer roundtables
  • Report on CS metrics to the Leadership Team, such as NPS, usage statistics, and more
  • Own and suggest software tools to maximize the efficiency of our Customer Success Team, such as Intercom

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in Customer Success roles at B2B SaaS and/or fintech companies
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction
  • Experience leading small Customer Success Teams preferred
