Summary:

As the Head of FlowFi Services, you are responsible for building and managing a world-class financial services business. You will be measured based on:

1. Matching accuracy in how successful we are in pairing our customers with the right FlowFi Expert
2. Customer NPS for our Accounting, CFO, and Tax services
3. Overall consistency in how we deliver our services to customers, including meeting deadlines, branding, and team communications
4. Overall efficiency in our processes, as defined by gross margins
5. Demand Planning & Recruiting
6. Resource Allocation

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all things related to FlowFi Services; effectively act as the CEO of FlowFi Services with P&L responsibility
• Manage our network of Accountants, CFOs, and Tax Experts, and ensure each Expert is properly staffed, including sourcing and managing international bookkeeping resources
• Ensure FlowFi’s tools and processes are being used and followed precisely
• Help build a scalable recruiting and assessment engine for new Experts to join FlowFi
• Ensure a high customer NPS by delighting customers with our Accounting, CFO, and Tax services

About You:

• You have an Accounting background
• You have real-world operating experience as a CFO or a senior member of an FP&A team
• You have an incredibly high attention to detail and polish in your work
• You are a process junkie and stickler, always looking for ways to optimize and automate things
• You will enjoy spending time matching FlowFi Experts across accounting, CFO, and tax with our customers
• You love technology and finding ways to leverage it to create efficiencies
• You have experience recruiting, leading and managing a highly efficient, people-driven organization (ideally finance teams)

$145,000-$175,000 OTE
