FlipFam is a social app for a new generation of sports fans. Built for an audience that loves gaming, fans share game-related content, challenge their friends to competitions, and make quick predictions to gain status and win virtual prizes. It’s fan engagement that’s more like TikTok than fantasy sports, featuring an elegant user experience that lets you dive right into the stream of predictions mixed with fan content.

The team is fully remote, with founding members based in Europe (managing team in Vienna, Austria) and the United States.

We are looking for a qualified Community manager to join our team.

Responsibilities
-Review and publish fan predictions from other supporters
-Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts
-Test pre-launch social media product for sports fans
-Recruit a cohort of testers (other LFC supporters) for a set period of time.

Requirements
-Deep knowledge about LFC
-Excellent writing skills
-Hands on experience with social media across multiple channels
-Attention to detail and ability to multitask
-Preferable: Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
-Interest in fan communities and entrepreneurship

Compensation
-This would be a part time contract role, requiring 5-10 hours per week.
-Pay will be determined by availability with bonuses for successful tester recruitment.
