Director of Growth Marketing (Fractional)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Build and communicate a comprehensive growth marketing plan to help the business achieve its ambitious revenue goals.
  • Research and Analysis: Analyze our current acquisition and retention strategies, research competitors, and gather customer insights to refine your growth strategy.
  • Customer Acquisition: Take full ownership of customer acquisition channels, including paid ads, display ads, SEO, affiliate marketing, outbound email marketing, and influencer marketing.
  • Customer Conversion: Collaborate with sales and UX/UI teams to identify, test, and roll out improvements focusing on messaging, pricing, and user experience.
  • Customer Retention: Implement strategies to accelerate customer onboarding to the 'AHA' moment, minimize churn and maximize Lifetime Value (LTV).
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, finance, marketing, development, operations, and customer success to ensure effective communication and implementation of growth strategies.
  • Analytics: Utilize Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Segment,, and Mixpanel to measure and improve Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), and LTV.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in growth marketing, ideally within a Cloud or SaaS business.
  • Demonstrable experience in influencing business growth and achieving revenue goals.
  • Advanced proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Mixpanel.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Degree educated, with a data-first approach to growth.
  • A deep understanding of culture is a strong plus.
