Key Responsibilities:

● Strategic Client Relationship Building: Foster and enhance deep-rooted relationships with top-tier clients (labels & distributors), becoming their go-to advisor and ensuring that Breakr consistently exceeds their expectations.

● Comprehensive Campaign Oversight: Leverage Breakr's state-of-the-art tools to manage, monitor, and optimize campaigns, ensuring clients derive maximum value from their engagements.

● Product Feedback & Innovation: Act as a crucial conduit between clients and Breakr's product team. Gather, analyze, and communicate feedback to drive product enhancements that meet evolving client needs.

● Opportunity Identification: Proactively recognize upselling and cross-selling avenues within the platform, driving further client engagement and revenue growth.

● Client Education & Advocacy: Ensure clients are well-versed with Breakr's expansive suite of features, championing its capabilities and ensuring they harness its full potential.

● Team Leadership: Mentor junior account managers, sharing insights, best practices, and ensuring consistent service delivery standards across the board. Required Skills &

Qualifications:

● Minimum 6 years in account management, preferably within SaaS, social platforms, or music industry.

● Proven track record of driving account growth and ensuring client satisfaction.

● Comprehensive knowledge of ad platforms and the creator economy.

● Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly.

● Demonstrated leadership with a history of mentoring or overseeing teams.

● Deep passion for the intersection of music, culture, and technology.

● Experience handling high-value client accounts and navigating challenges.

● Insight into industry nuances critical for SaaS, music, or the creator economy. What
