Responsibilities

• Design foundational aspects of mobile-first pet travel platform
• Own features end-to-end, and become an expert on domains across the product (e.g. payments, emails, the supplier portal, pet travel booking, chat and community, analytics)
• Work next to product managers, designers, customer success managers and sales team members to build great experiences for pets and their humans

Qualifications

• You've 2-5 years of UI/UX product design work experience
• Proficiency in Figma, Webflow or other design tools
• Experience of working with software developers to build components and convertible designs
• Expertise in the full product design life cycle, working with customers to understand their pain points, designing application with usability in mind, intelligent design thinking, and iterating the design based on user feedback
• Ability to communicate cross-functionally with customers, technical teams, and management
