The Aunt Flow team is looking for a Logistics Manager to join our fast-paced, enthusiastic, remote Operations team! As a new role within Aunt Flow, this position will be developing our logistics strategy and deploying solutions to achieve that mission.

The Logistics Manager will manage our 3PL and outbound freight network, including managing 3PL and carrier performance, resolving service issues, analyzing costs, and developing mitigation solutions. This role will assist with new business growth and will provide timely warehousing and distribution solutions by sourcing and launching new or replacement 3PLs.

This role will report into the Sr. Director of Supply Chain and will work cross-functionally with Supply Chain Planning, Sales, and outside partners.

This position will have a customer service direct report.

The salary range for this role is $100k - $120k

Areas of Responsibility:

People

Staff, coach, mentor, evaluate, train, and develop team member(s). Provide timely feedback and coaching to continually improve individual and team performance

Performance

Manage 3PL warehouse relationships, including account management, executing agreements, price negotiation, inventory control, and process improvements between companies Create, maintain, and report KPIs for outbound freight and 3PL operations Develop and deploy daily/weekly/monthly reporting needs for open orders, inventory, etc. Identify and implement optimal shipping methods to deliver our product Manage customers through proactive communication and data driven results Monitor performance; prioritize and oversee initiatives to drive out costs and improve the customer experience Assist with new business growth; provide timely warehousing and distribution solutions by sourcing and launching new or replacement 3PLs Overall responsibility for providing a positive customer service experience including inquiries, order entry, scheduling, shipping, and complaint resolution

Quality

Ensure compliance of 3PLs with regulatory agencies (FDA, etc.) Develop and implement processes, policies, and standards to increase supply chain performance and provide exceptional customer service Facilitate the collaboration and best practices between 3PLs, carriers, suppliers, and internal teams Maintain training and process documentation Participate in scheduled site visits and conduct onsite audits/retraining Manage inventory and reconciliation Develop strong communication processes with the customers to ensure they receive proactive communication and have a positive experience with the company

Qualifications and Expertise

7+ years of experience Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, logistics, business administration, transportation, or engineering Firm grasp of supply chain, inventory, distribution, business, and management principles Strong client-facing and communication skills Ability to work in a dynamic, fast changing environment Capable of building processes and reports from scratch to identify opportunities and risks Excellent networking, communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills with a proven ability to partner with senior leaders to understand needs and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
