Our free-vend, wall-mounted dispenser allows companies to provide our 100% organic cotton menstrual products at no charge to their employees, students, and guests. Aunt Flow is looking to continue our amazing growth by adding a Manager of Happiness (Sales) - Sports Vertical. Being a part of our team means being part of something big, and using each sale as an opportunity to score a real difference in people's lives. We believe in making the world better for people with periods and are passionate about putting customers first, which drives a different sort of sale. We need a team member to be able to truly inspire someone.

The salary for this role is $55k - $60k start base to $120k total with uncapped commission.

What you will be doing if you “flow forward”:

Drive revenue by meeting and/or exceeding sales quota on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis Develop comprehensive understanding of clients’ key business drivers Create high impact presentations designed to highlight additional value to clients Manage multiple buying contacts within prospective clients and formulation highly impactful organization-wide recommendations Formulate and present formal proposals Track sales activity in HubSpot and report information to management Collaborate and inspire to ensure raving customer fans

Your all-star skills:

Intellectual curiosity and a desire to grow a business 7+ years of customer focused sales in the Sports Vertical Demonstrable track record of above target performance, especially in a startup environment Excellent forecasting, reporting, and communication skills Proactive territory management, prospecting, and ‘trailblazing’ Smart, organized, self-motivated, and flexible team player Experience with HubSpot and other virtual selling tools such as Zoom, google hangouts and other comparable tools
